1979 Cadillac Seville - Gateway Classic Cars of Atlanta #849

Published 2018-08-27
Gateway Classic Cars proudly presents this 1979 Cadillac Seville for sale in our Atlanta showroom. This 1979 Cadillac Seville is simply gorgeous. The Seville, introduced in May of 1975 as an early 1976 model, was Cadillac's answer to the rising popularity of such European luxury imports as Mercedes-Benz and BMW. GM planners were becoming concerned that the division's once-vaunted image as "The standard of the world" was fading as the 1970s unfolded, especially among the younger generation of car buyers. Seeking to counter Cadillac's heavy slant towards the over-50 age group, the Seville was a bold attempt to both rejuvenate the make's image and win over young import buyers. This Seville has been well kept and maintained over the years. At the end of the day this Seville is sure to bring back memories to flood you mind with the wonderful times that were known as the 70’s. Options for this 1979 Cadillac Seville include; Air Conditioning, AM/FM Radio with Cassette Player, Sun Roof, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Power Locks, Power Windows, Power Mirrors, Tilt/Telescopic Steering Wheel, Seat Belts, Leather Interior and Chrome Wire Wheels wrapped Radial Tires. Last of the true blue CADILLAC, Seville, & Eldorado. STANDARD OF THE WORLD!!! I got mine late 78. Dick Gidron, in da Bronx. It had da same wheels U have, but, I installed VOGUE tyres. Improved da ride. Dis year it came with 4 wheel disc brakes, I had an Astroroof. I really enjoyed it. Traded a 76 Buick Electra Landau coupe fully equipped. Took a bit to adjust to da smaller interior & da 350 Oldsmobile V8. But, in no time I was Cruising. Made my usual trips up/down east coast. Gr8 car. Njoy.

Such a pristine and super clean Seville, and they had nothing to say about it? I hope all of their videos aren't like this.
