It's not solely because of short form content either, Humans have limited attention and focus, and it has been shown in studies, that we are more diverted, when one of these happens a. Not Instant Gratification : If a content takes time to provide us gratification, rather than instant gratification b. Information Overload : We dont want details, We are more focused to what is concise and to the point, no extra details, just what's necessary c. Boredom : Watching for longer hours, causes boredom, eventually breaking the focus + we already build the habit of checking phones, or anything else, when we feel slightly bored or off, it becomes active behaviour. Why? because neuroscientifically and cognitively, this is how our brain works, and we have inherited these!

Guys my phy is not weak because of my determination and my teacher explainination but for a competitive exams my phy is not a subject which can give me a perfect score so that's why i am going to give more time in this......
