Beach scenes, swimmers, a surfer, and slow motion waves during the first day of the tropical storm watch in the Outer Banks. Beach scenes filmed in Salvo. This is also the first day that COVID-19 restrictions are lifted and visitors are allowed to return to the Outer Banks, and so the video includes visitors driving to the Outer Banks near Manteo, general traffic shots, and a shot of visitors at Bodie Island Lighthouse.
