This is a great video! Do you think you could make one about how to avoid oversharing, for chronic ones like me?
  • Thanks for this great video. Can you please provide the article on “Patient satisfaction increased when doctors shared their experiences”? Thank you! I have been looking for it and can’t find it.

Just a quick thought….. Friendship can not be quantized or replicated, therefore it doesn’t exist or is a distraction in many people’s eyes. Fostering relationships with coworkers, especially with subordinates, ultimately gets in the way of production. The easiest way to treat people as objects is to keep them from becoming subjects and that’s why it’s better to keep the subjective out of the equation. I don’t believe this is the best way to operate, but I recognize that it’s a popular way. This is “the winter” that’s always coming. A world frozen still, so it can be properly counted. I do believe this is the correct area of the structure to attend to. I also fear the mad men will just memorize the material, in order to just weaponize the material. The ability to be disagreeable without being disagreeable is a skill very few have. Sadly the least human among us are currently in just of humanity. Good luck with your work.

Is this only related to the leaders only? or we can use this method in general ?
