So I managed to get all of the events the other day before the Japanese finished their list. While their wiki is plenty helpful I will use my own personal experience unlocking them as well to make sure you get them. (On a sidenote, I learned that based on their voice CAW has different postures in the videos.)
1. Ambition (大志を抱く) - Begin the game as a free officer
2. Founding a country (建国) - Successfully raise an army and form a new kingdom
3. Successor (引退と継承) - Have a ruler step down and select you as a successor. I did this while I was playing Dong Bai as a Marshal and Lu Bu (Ruler) approached me to increase my rank to Ruler by stepping down and retiring. My relation with him was A or above.
4. Confession (告白) - Have S rank with an officer of a different sex, then confess to them (they will also confess to you on their own)
5. Marriage (婚礼) - An option for marriage will appear after a successful confession.
6. Oath Brothers (義兄弟の契り) - S with any officer and then pot smash away!
7. Escape (亡命) - Fail a revolt as a Marshal or betrayal (giving up your territory to another faction) as a governor.
- The following events (8 to 13) might only be completed as a vagabond wandering army, to reach the last level in the chain just keep doing the highest level request you are offered. For instance, assassination begins by killing a captain, then a regular officer, then a prefect, and finally marshal / strategist / ruler (The three are in the same catagory as killing a ruler) -
8. The skillful Assassin (凄腕暗殺者) - Complete the Final mission of the assassination request chain to murder a ruler. (君主暗殺)
9. The looter of Chaos (戦乱の略奪者) - Complete the final mission of the thief request chain to steal from the national treasury (国庫潜入)
10. The strongest mercenaries (最強傭兵団) - Complete the final mission of the rescue request chain to rescue a city as a wandering army (都市救援)
11. Pinnacle of Might (武の頂) - Complete the final mission of the hunt request chain to hunt down a vagabond army (放浪軍討伐) with one of the following officers under your command (being them doesn't count) - Zhang Liao, Xu Huang, Pang De, Yu Jin, Gan Ning, Taishi Ci, Lu Meng, Zhao Yun, Guan Yu, Zhang Fei, Xiahou Ba, Wen Yang, Lu Bu, Meng Huo, Lu Lingqi. (張遼・徐晃・龐徳・于禁・甘寧・太史慈・呂蒙・趙雲・関羽・張飛・夏侯覇・文鴦・呂布・孟獲・呂玲綺)
12. Reliable Guardian (信頼おける守人) - Complete the final request of the protection request chain to protect a ruler. (君主護衛)
13. Bandit Chief (山賊頭) - Complete 5 mission each of the following request types. Robbery, thieving, and assassination.
14. Declaration of the final battle (最終戦への決意) - Start a battle that can win you the game.
15. Wealthy country (産業大国) - For me, I built 6 blacksmiths and item shops to unlock this event. It is said that subordinates can get them after certain amount of cities in their faction.
16. The capitalist (資本家) - For me, I achieved this by having 99999 gold right after I established a nation with an evilness rating of 1. I suspect the high gold and evil has to do with this, as this scene involved bribery. Update: I played a second playthrough and got this cutscene again, but the bribery part was cut out. I suspect bribery is only for those of evil 1 and above, otherwise the requirement to get this event seems to be based on how much gold you have amassed.
17. Successful revolution (謀反成功) - Succeed a revolution (I did this as a Marshal)
The last two cutscenes are the ending cutscenes added for completion sake, you will always get these two scenes when you finish a campaign.

Zhang Liao confesses his love to Lu Bu. Lu Lingqi and Diao Chan marry each other. Bizarro world anyone lol? I did miss some of these cutscenes in the game and I'm glad that you put it up. Thanks! :)

It's like KOEI takes one step forward and a few steps back.... The cut scenes and dialogue (especially during battle) were way more satisfying in DW7 Empires The perfect empires game: Take the strategy/governing phases from SW2 Empires The dialogue from DW7 empires The cutscenes from DW5 and DW7 empires The customization from 8 Empires The formation mechanic from SW2 Empires Being able to relocate your allies at specific location pre-battle (SW2 Empires) Bring back dynamic effects during strategy phase (Natural disasters, famine, peasant revolts, disease) When you level up a character in Free mode, or in Empire mode, they should be PERMANENTLY LEVELED UP (unless I reset their stats), Bonus points should only be used to obtain weapons, items, and resources to gain the advantage early on in a new campaign Multiple endings depending on your virtue and position There should be endings if you chose to be a free officer or leader of a Vagabond unit for the entirety of your play through You should be able to customize the outcome of your child instead of random RNG There should be more variety when it comes to Spouse/Child dialogue There should be more variety when it comes to sworn sibling dialogue CAN WE PLEASE GET A HUB WORLD FOR EDIT CHARACTERS TO PARTY UP AND DO MISSIONS TOGETHER ONLINE Bring back classic stratagems from DW5 like Cavalry or Ambush PLEASE Bring back the "betray" option mid battle like in DW6 empires (only redeeming quality of 6) Bring back the skill chart from SW2 please (and not that watered down version in DW8 where you can only pick 4) Am I missing anything?

These Vagabond events makes me wish the game has a Vagabond ending to it. It would be a interesting way to experience a DW Empire game where the Vagabond serves as another path to a different endings over the genetic rule china or help someone rule china ending. The usual take over all of China ending is fine but I kinda wish they spice things up a bit with multiple endings. Of course there is going to need a limit to how and when the Vagabond path player obtains a Vagabond ending since they're not attempting to rule all of china but trying to live in it.

Some of these cutscenes in the English version don't have any translation. They talk but no subtitles even when the subtitles are on. D:

I'd like to start off by saying 'thank you'. Playing the American version of the game, this was a big help in me getting all the events and getting the trophy for getting them all. Also, if it matters aught to you, in the English version of the game the names of the 17 cutscenes were localized as... 1. Burning Ambition 2. Building A Nation 3. Succession 4. Confessions 5. Sacred Vows 6. A Sworn Oath 7. Living In Exile 8. A Skilled Assassin 9. The Opportunist 10. Perfect Mercenaries 11. The Warrior's Peak 12.A Trusted Guardian 13. Mountain Bandits 14.
