As someone who is from Trinidad&Tobago.I would say we do have a chance to qualify for the World Cup.And given our problems with our football and every FA around the world does have their issues.I believe under the new FA and their vision to get T&T's football back on track.That they'll get the right coach to lead us to another World Cup.
