Stuff like Legenderpy Strike, him dealing 1 damage 2000 times, and most of all him shouting “it’s morphing time” caught me way off guard ngl

I love how every Gilgamesh fight is technically cannon but so odd that no one wants to talk about it after it’s over

They gave this man a full Dissidia moveset.

Sloppy Swordsplay does about 1 damage 2000 times with a single swipe. Imagine if he did it with anything other than the Excalipoor.

I will say this, to hear Keith Szarabajka once again voice Gilgamesh - it brings me so much joy of the good ol dissidia vibes.

All this time, he's been dreaming of that fated encounter with Bartz again, while having meandered into an alt timeline of FF7's events. Gotta love his persistence. In essence, this is actually the first time for this version of Cloud and his friends meeting Gilgamesh. They must be REALLY confused.

Surprised to see the so called "original fans" complaining about this and the fact that Gilgamesh appears. This is Gilgamesh, he's been traveling for the final fantasy multiverse since FFV, that's part of his lore.

In the gilgamesh time line, wonder where this one is placed. Looks like he's coming right after FFV. But some hints he is aware he have fought Cloud before in dissidia. Who knows

I'm not surprised Gilgamesh is extremely funny. He's extremely comedic in most final fantasy games, I even thought if Gilgamesh was in ff7 he would be funny before!

I don't think any song in Final Fantasy history can get the blood pumping quite like Battle On The Big Bridge. One Winged Angel and Dancing Mad are great, but Gilgamesh's theme is on another level.
