So many items have crossed the line from under £1 to over £1… and just gone up and up and up.. I can think of dozens and dozens of daily grocery items which have gone up by 30/40%.. it’s unbearable

All we need to remember is that the British public is WORSE OFF. Goodbye !

14 years of tories, they need to go!
  • Just remember mortgage and rent costs are never included in official inflation figures. For young people the difference between 2014 and 2024 is more like 60%
  • The cat at number 10 is more loyal to the country and it’s people than all these clowns

A good government policy would not have allowed that 20% increase over the last few years. Tories are poor stewarts

2.3%. Yeah right. My rent has just gone up by 10%. That 2.3% is totally fake.

Gas and electricity, council tax, water bills, train fares, petrol, interest rates, rent and mortgages, service charges, insurance premiums, all continue to keep increasing, time for a change.

the guy who went to private boarding school and married for money talking about 'hard work' and 'trickle down economy from the top' is just comedy gold

  • @nadyyyyyk
When I go to the supermarket…. Or the corner shop… OUCH!! when will that get better?
  • @CatherineDover
The cruelest, incompetent, disastrous government ever. Get rid.
  • People have experienced inflation. They know they are worse off and they are still getting worse off, only slightly more slowly. Tories are toast. Vote them out.
