No problem. Next time we get a Sprinter in here I'll do that. I will say in the door jam there's a small hex had bold. It's right at the door handle on the inside jam. You'll have to remove the rubber cover. That screw is what's holding the handle in place. Remove that. The hand then slides towards the jam and out. To replace it, slide hand in and it'll lock down. Then replace the screw. A lot of new cars now days have this type of handle.
