I think the first six animals (spare the bee) happened at around the same time. They each wiped out massive areas of land before possibly being taken down by the government. Meanwhile, humanity is freaking out. They leave to an alien planet some time before the beepocalype happens. Fast forward a while, and the remainder of humanity is living on tiny floating islands. This planet also has penguin-like animals, which are what this campaign is based on. Then humans fuck up ANOTHER planet, and then the penguinpocalypse happens. spoilers below The grey goo happens on Mars, so it doesn't collide with any of the timelines. So, yeah, I would totally believe that all the campaigns could happen in one universe.
