  • The audience clapping for Malcolm is the craziest part of this exchange.
  • This is a very great example of why some debates should not have an audience.
  • It scares me how people thought Malcom was right and cheering him on. That’s was terrifying. Ben and Bill were a bit blown away by his stupidity.
  • Can’t respect someone that can’t have a factual conversation without insulting the other person because they know they can’t win the argument.

I'm a registered Independent who has enjoyed Maher for years but his show would be so much more enjoyable without the clapping seals.

This entire exchange says more about Maher's audience than anything else.
  • I love the part when the crowd gets uncomfortable and goes dead silent once they find out that Mahar is on shapiro's side.
  • The “you mean like viruses?” At 5:48 made so little sense, I literally laughed so hard out loud. And the audience, just as lost as me, cheered. 💀💀
  • Here's what I just learned: when you've got cheerleaders in your corner, you dont need a substantive argument. You can essentially just point and laugh and you're golden.

I love it. every time they start insulting people, it means they lost the debate.
  • @Wondermind25
wow, I've never seen a living troll in my entire life, thanks for showing yourself Malcolm 👏🏽
  • Just remember, if your opponent stops presenting counter points and starts throwing insults without you ever insulting them, you’ve won the argument.

Ben: Makes arguement Malcolm: that's what yo mama said last night Audience: cheers
  • Malcolm was a career administrative worker in the navy masquerading as a war hero. The guy has never seen combat no matter how much he wants you to think he has.
  • "yeah you're easily confused" 2 years later and none of us know wtf Malcom was talking about or why he was clapped.
  • Malcom coughing (audience claps) malcom rolls his eyes (audience claps) Malcom disagreement with Ben (they clap) Ben's comeback ( not a sound)....... Respect to shapiro for going into the lions den....

Malcolm is a great example of why a little knowledge is a dangerous thing.
  • @TruthWiz
Malcolm and the audience are engaged in tribal warfare, while Ben is actually attempting to debate the actual issues at hand.
