Welded Aluminum RC Boat

A little side project we've been working on. The boat is about 47.5" long and is Tig Welded out of 1/16" aluminum sheet. I was worried that it might be a bit on the heavy side, but it seems to have plenty of power to shrug it off.

First run on the lake showed it will need a few adjustments. The prop shaft rattles at lower RPM, and it has a nasty tendency to pitch oscillate. Was unable to give more than about 50% power.

Move your battery forward so it doesn't bounce on the watera
