6:45 As someone who draws a lot, I always keep a sketchbook in hand. Once I was feeling the start of an anxiety attack and simply begun to write every thought that passed through my mind- I cannot understate how much it helped me. Because I was writing, my thoughts slowed down; also, by putting them into words, it helped to make sense of what was disturbing me and- later on- helped to combat it. Wish you well <3
