    Any interference in an election should constitute a new election regardless of whether or not the winning side fluffs it off as not having changed anything. A seat here, a seat there, what difference does it make. How about each individual bill voted on or motion voted on. To say it doesn’t make a difference is arrogantly presumptuous.
