The thing that makes Enes different from other youtubers like Erik , Ryan , etc is that he also tours houses of range 2m-8m$ .....I love to see that just two friends started doing what they liked and they're going great .... I really prefer your tours because you actually show the flow of room to room rather than just cutting and editing to show each room so you get the sense of what it would actually be like to live jn the property yourself or atlesst what it feels like to walk around it yourself. Good job guys!

If I were filthy rich, I would definitely see myself living in a house like this. My favorite part of this house is that it has No Stairs. It's all in one floor, which to me is so convenient. Also, loved the garden and the beehive!! Definitely Dream Home! 😍😍😍

This home is absolutely stunning! I love single story houses so this ranks at the top of my list as my all time favorite on this channel. I love the intentionality of this home and if I literally had the wealth to acquire this property, I would do so in a heartbeat. Btw, I love how you took your time to talk about the unique wood work from Japan that is incorporated in the master bedroom. The only think I would change is the furniture...they look so low and close to the ground. I come from a tall family :)

One of my favorite properties! Love to see someone finally do a net zero on such a large scale. I recently built a home with many of the same features (shou shugi ban, ZEHNDER system, net zero, etc)... just in a much smaller scale. This design and property is gorgeous

It's amazing and rare to find a large property in Malibu that sits on completely flat land, with a large grass area, and a large swimming pool that doesn't take up the whole backyard. A lot of times with large mansions in Malibu they're hanging off a cliff side, built very close to other properties, and they have almost no yard if any yard space at all. But it's nice to see that this property has more than enough space inside and out.

Compared to other youtubers who show us homes in an extravagant and overhyped way doesn't exactly match the vibe of what a home should be.
