As a business owner. The lady said it all, Hire slow fire fast. That alone is an advice once you hire your first workers. People get to emotional on firing, and it sucks doing it, but it’s your money they are wasting. Also NEVER hire friends, no matter how good they are

After I graduated, I realized school taught me nothing about money. Then I found the book ‘the Richest Man in Babylon’ and began learning everything about money that I was not taught. Great starting point! Also started watching videos like this. Lots to learn!

Great channel, but when people are speaking about what their earnings are, they are confusing sales numbers with actual gross earnings. Just because a business is doing $5 million annually could mean the owners are only taking home $200k a year or the business is losing money.
