I thought “the owners of this house is gonna have to clean this whole house” then I realised that if they buy this loft they probably can afford cleaners
  • She is so calm and down to earth, refreshing and she has a dream job!

"To add light, add lighting" thanks for the tip, sister

Would love a segment on how the company got started, in terms of start-up capital, how she secured her first space and clients + the logistics involved.

She's plays it off as if she's a little ditzy, but that girl's IQ is secretly sky high. Running the logistics of that business is one hell of a challenge. It's a moving company, a furniture manufacturer, a design studio, and real estate agent all in one. On top of that, she has all the latest trends memorized every month, plus the ability to visualize and realize it in an extremely short time frame. Also, she's selling home made furniture and printed art to the rich for hundreds of thousands. And she can shmooze.
  • So you are telling me that they have gigantic leaving room, media room, reading rooms, master bedroom , toilets and etc Yet the 2 children rooms are the size of a shoe closet

My parents bought a trash house that’s worth 5 million because it’s in Mosman Sydney. There’s no aircon (keep in mind this is Australia) Lived there for a year, the price went up 1 million. Had some company redo interior and installed a bunch of electronics, after 5 years it’s now worth 12 million. Still can’t believe how real estate price just goes up like that.
  • I photograph luxury real estate for a living. Often times the properties are staged professionally. What a treat it is to come behind a designer who has great style and understands this market. Cheryl sets the bar high...very, very high!
  • @JSTmore
Her belt looks like that 24/7 WWE championship

Go her. She is living the dream. High powered luxury NYC real estate stager with a Santa's workshop of employees to fabricate items for her creative vision. She is fueling an entire niche economy. Lots of employees, I'd imagine lots of taxes paid and winning all around. That was so satisfying. What a dream.
  • She’s really made something incredible. Best CEO I have seen so far. She knows her work that’s very refreshing to see.
  • @devidance6534
I love when multimillion homes are marketed as minimalistic. Loving the oxymoron there hahahahahahahahaha

...This is literally the dream job I didn't know I wanted
  • @jg7565
Holy crap the amount of resources this designer has.
  • @AlexS-oj8qf
That apartement room was cold and sterile, she make it very warm and inviting!
  • I’m so impressed with the operations behind this service - the level of expertise is incredible. I can’t imagine the amount of hard work it took to get to that stage
