505kg squat!!! That was insane. It doesn't matter that it was equipped. That was absolutely insane.

I still can't believe the absolute dominance by Jesus Olivares. He totaled 1,152.5kg Raw while only 24 years old. I'm also super impressed with Mahailya Reeves who did the heaviest raw bench in the IPF at only 18 years old. Seeing records in this video done by Juniors or those born a Gen Z tells us how strong powerlifters are gonna get in the coming years, especially Jesus. Awesome compilation. I'm glad you showed Bonica Brown's 289 kilogram squat.
  • @CuciWaterjet
that 425 kg bench press was the worst ive seen.

505kg squat , considering what 500kg deadlift is, is just absolutly menthal!
  • @nickcompton5981
Im not against sumo, but i think sumo should be its own lift. Should be the deadlift records and then sumo deadlift records.
  • @MichaelEdlin542
Did the bar even move vertically at all on Blaine Sumner's 425.5kg Bench?
  • @jflexfit

i'm a fan of powerlifting but i think it should have much stricter rules regarding form.
  • @hamood420
great video bro, we need more of these
  • @liamevans8726
Picking up hundreds of kilos is impressive, but the range of motion of some people's sumo deadlift is very short compared to conventional.
  • @ianp2410
Sumo definitely needs to be classified separately from conventional
  • @Linkaara
3:30 most athletic powerlifter I have ever seen. The 258.5 kg into a backflip? WTF
  • @BreyFitness
Surprised that the 425kg singleply bench press was given despite his butt visibly off the bench
  • @Tiokamparen
Love Rays 490kg wr, looked easy! What is the record for a full squat? 450?😮😮😮
  • @beebrian1944
Olivares and Williams are like real-life hulks.
  • @Zuckerbo
I waited for vlad and zahirs squats to be honest. I remember when i saw those lifts first time, it was blowing my mind.
