Thank you Ben for this golden knowledge. I would like to suggest a Ecommerce sales AI agent that would suggest/direct products to the website and giving them information on the knowledge base. Other use case would be to extract order details from a database like Google Sheet or Airtable to give out order numbers, status and tracking number.
