When my MIL passed away we were looking through her clothing for something for her to wear in her casket and it was confusing as there seemed to be three closets full. I picked out one dress that I said I remembered her wearing quite a bit. The next day we were putting family photos out at the funeral home and one was of her holding my newborn daughter...who was 35....wearing that dress. Oh Lord forgive me I buried Grandma in a 35 year old dress!
  • I absolutely adore your home and garden. Your channel makes me happy. 😁❤️

Your home and garden are beautiful, i used to love seeing you in you in your tea dresses, very pretty. You worked hard and it looks nice, i still haven't really found my style at 74 years. My daughter lives in joggers, i wish she would wear dresses. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿
  • Catherine, I am a mental health counselor and wear dresses to work almost every day. Dresses are more comfortable for my body shape than pants. I luv your style!
  • We get older and our lives and styles change. Nice to get rid of things that no longer service us. Catherine Thank you for sharing your decluttering.👍👍❤❤
  • @SHYsArt
I love your rabbit lamp. I searched for one here is USA but couldn't find a similar. Being retired I no longer have clutter and disorganization. I have the time to do it as I go.
  • You are inspiring, without preaching about decluttering, and I appreciate that. Thank you!
  • I'm a fan of renting for big events! Keeps space in your wardrobe and you are always dressed perfectly for the moment.

Thank you Catherine for your inspiration. I just finished decluttering my closet❤😊

So satisfying to bring things to the charity shop, isn't it? Your room looks so peaceful and calm now Catherine! ❤😊👗
  • That’s exactly what I’ve been doing! Going through every drawer in every room, mind you not all at once. I set a timer for 30 minutes & do as much as I can, put things in a donation box, then put it right in my car. It’s liberating ❤
  • That was so satisfying and the cats also add their own personal touch.
