Grouper is a very tasty fish. It's very expensive too. Your dad and mom both did an excellent job at cleaning the fish. I am like your mom. I do not drink fish broth because of the same reason, people do not fry the fish. it's just boiled in the broth, but I assume that's the original way, and it's how most people like it. The curry is really looking great. Uncle Tom enjoyed his meal, and so is the other brother. I personally do not like the dragon fruit. I bought the one which is white inside but it has no taste.
