Ingredients:


For masala powder:

Peppercorns- 1 tbsp.
Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp.
Fennel seeds - 1/2 tbsp.
Dry red chilies- 6
Coriander seeds - 1 tbsp.
Cinnamon- 2 pc
Cloves-3
Curry leaves
Garlic 6 to 8 cloves

Dry roast and coarse grind


For marination:

King fish - 750 grams
Chilly powder- 2 tbsp.
Coriander powder- 1 tbsp.
Pepper powder- 1/4 tbsp.
Salt - as required
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tbsp.
One lemon juice
Corn flour- 2 tbsp.
Water - 3 tbsp.


For frying:

Oil - 3 tbsp.
Curry leaves
