She is not at all prepared. Sometimes in her entire statement here she gets blank. So she is using phrases like aisa kuchh, thik he, pata ni, kuchh NCT .... just use the proper construction of words. Because by any means its telecasting in public.

Not even once did she mention about Cartelization, which is the main accusation in Liquor policy. Moreover, summons were sent by ED and not by the court.

She is not aware about the laws even... section 45 of the pmla sets two conditions to be satisfied before granting bail and second condition is that court have to see whether an offence has been committed or not?? And the same question is of trial. Thats why it is most difficult to get bail. There is no quastion of evading the summon raised by any court till the date. Read judgement titled as Arvind kejriwal Vs. ED. And the truth is kejriwal is arrested just because of witness statements nothing more then that. And main thing is the allegations of favoritism were leveled by an ex IAS officer after getting retired. Tell this mam when we talk about complaint filed by ed under section 44 is equivalent to chargesheet in normal case.
