Im a 38 year old man and i cant tell you exactly what it felt like 30 years ago playing this game. The sunsetting in the background school in the morning. Now he we are ad its a piano arrangement. This the future.

I cannot express enough the unique joy i feel watching someone like this discover fantastically inspired compositions from my favorite video games its like watching a baby eat ice cream for the first time and just knowing deep down that they too also realize how godamn good it is.

Megaman X1-X3 has some of my favorite SNES tracks! So glad you're getting around to some X1 music. This is pure 90's nostalgia for me...and I'm here for it!

Funnily enough, that's how we played the games back in the day. Sitting on the couch/floor with snacks on our laps meant we were relaxed and enjoying the game. Shoving the snacks aside and standing up in the middle of the floor meant we were now taking it seriously because we felt like the game had just dishonored us and three generations of our ancestors. It was personal at that point. I got that same energy from 1:10 - 1:40; shoving the microphone out of the way and standing up - classic signs of "I took that personally" and it's now a matter of honor in to conquer the piece!

Best part is at 3:17. It's great seeing how much fun Kara has learning new songs and getting more into them as she plays
