Can you change the knot from Square to Half-hitch (slip knot) and vice versa? (with 3-0 nylon monofilament suture)

This switch should be smooth if you have mastered the principles of ligation.
When performing a square knot, pull the left and right strands at 180 degrees with the same force.
In Half-Hitch, pull the thread on one side firmly. The direction of the left and right threads should be 90 degrees.
