Kinetic means movement. I don't buy that statement that you can't connect with yourself. Or that you can't have kindness until you're kind to somebody else. I've recently learned to be kind to myself and it appalls and stuns me how unkind I've been to myself all my life. Maybe that's just not a part of this person's journey. The story is interesting and gave me food for thought. Thank you for sharing it.
