    I have been listening to “This” particular meditation for over a month now and I absolutely love it. I’m asleep and dreaming to the sound of your beautiful voice in minutes and should I wake I simply restart and you have me back to my REM in no time. I really appreciate that you talk all the way through as I like to listen to this during the day as well it’s so soothing! Thank you for your time. 🙏❤️

    Christian, as always your content ticks all of the boxes ~ your choice of music, explanations & the timbre of your voice are very relaxing. One thing that keeps me from getting to sleep with some guided meditations is that some guides wait too long between sentences...I know that may sound odd ~ it doesn't bother me at first but getting just to that sweet, cozy verge of sleep, it's very startling to me, hearing a voice in my room after the person takes a long pause. I hope that makes sense lol. Thank you for your content, your videos really help me & friends I've shared it with. Be well 🦋

  • I'm a thousand flops an a thousand more rolls into trying to sleep for 5 hrs now .now on my second bedroom trying everything tonight .I've tried every sound that normally can pull of my hard to sleep self.as I have. To be up in 4 hrs .I sure hope talking works out
