Another way of accepting bribe. On linking Rd & Main Avenue Santa Cruz Mumbai where auto rickshaws park over night and in the morning there vehicles are washed by these people who make cash income. A totally illegal business supported by Mumbai Police. It's a shame on the Police Dept. Please share this video so it reaches the CP Mumbai.
