I'm sorry but Splinter's rank is way too low. Shredder and Splinter are around the same power level before Shredder becomes super mutant. Also Splinter's poweress surpasses the turtles COMBINED. Splinter is easily able to over power tiger claw and is a one man army!

Splinter's ranking is absurd. He's defeated Shredder more than once, he's also defeated Tigerclaw, and the hypnosis of the Rat King. And he's the same age as the Shredder! What do you mean "getting old"? He must be in his '40s! And even if he was older than that, do you know Mr. Miyagi from Karate Kid? Old doesn't mean anything!

Didn't splinter completely wipe the floor with normal shredder multiple times not to mention beating tigerclaw, rahzar, xever, and the shredder crab mutants all by him self

I think the Krang and the Triceratons should have been on this list, since they were main villains in the series as well.

Could you imagine how Raph would react to knowing Mikey outranked him? XD

Splinter has an approximate battle record of 19/24(80%) and that’s not including the numerous foot soldiers that he’s defeated. He’s top 5 at bear minimum, and the only characters that you can argue are better than him are Super Shredder because Splinter struggled to beat him twice, Leo because he beat super shredder, and April because her psychic powers are OP even without the alien space crystal. Also I don’t see how Karai, Tiger Claw, and Razhar are ahead of splinter after them and fish face got packed the fuck up in season 3 when the turtles and April got captured, and Splinter has pack them up numerous times.

FINALLY! Back to the Best TMNT. With all due respect 2003 and 80s and rise, but this version was clearly a cut above

I agree with the ranking. But I'm not sure about Splinter's ranking.

there are 3 major characters missing Y'Gythgba (Mona Lisa), Professor Honeycutt (Fugitoid) & any of the Triceratons also, even though he only appeared once (same with Wyrm), i wanna give a mention to Muckman, as he was able to poison all 4 turtles and both Bebop & Rocksteady, he has Junkinesis (garbage manipulation (very useful in a big city like New York)) & as seen in the background of the episode, Annihilation: Earth! Part 2, he can be blasted to bits & still recover

The 2012 TMNT series is one of my all time favorites! Also, My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic Villains: Evil to most Evil.

He was straight up kicking shredders ass. He more than likely could have finished him if kirai didn’t interfere.

Splinter has defeated shredder multiple times only times shredder wins is when he sneaks him or when he is tired or poisoned

I know mikey was already in high ranking but i feel like he should jave been placed alot higher he was able to beat his brothers when they were controlled by pizza face and even though he did fight splinter he was still able to avoid his attacks and just went under him

Ok yeah I agree with everyone else, Splinter needs to be WAYYYY higher. Like at least in the bronze tier of strength

I'm speechless after you gave splinter such a bad rank he's one of the 5 people who can defeat all types of shredder he defeated the normal one in the ep the earth's last chance he also could have defeated the super shredder when he said that he has no weaknesses splinter showed his true power about killing him and he didn't fight the undead shredder but I assume he can take him on and he's one of the 2 people who have fought all the team of turtles and have only taken 1 hit through 4 seasons and that's something
