There’s no time limit on grieving over a loss. Praying for you Benny. It’s been almost three years since my dad and my cousin passed. Just like your lost, it was unexpected. I believe it’s so much harder when it’s one of those unexpected death. It hits harder. I still find myself crying, grieving and thinking about them. Certain things or someone will trigger it. Take all the time u need.

So sorry Benny! I lost my dad tragically in 2019 and that was my first loss and it was hard, still I can’t sit and think too much about it. Praying for Benny and family!

Lost my mom to cancer Jan 2022. Saw chemo and cancer do their damage, heard every bad news with her, saw her take her last breath. She was my world. Maaaaan, life is so hard. Very traumatizing and soul crushing. Honestly only still going for my 7 year old. I daily wish I were gone too to be with her and to not feel this heartache but I don’t want to leave my child as well. Being a mom is hard when grieving. I pray I don’t cause my child trauma. 💔

Ay I lost my grandmother the lady that raised me since day 1 ! Didn't even get to say my goodbyes or nothing . Shits haunting me since she passed but she's also came to tell me I'll be alright. To raises my babies and she will guide me.. stay strong Benny family first

The first close loss is traumatizing I was 3. Then at 22 two close ones passed from cancer. Then at 25 my daughter died nothing hit me as bad as my daughter dying grief comes in waves one day you wake up feeling ok and the next depressed losing a loved one takes a part of us with them

I’m only 23 and in the last 10 years I’ve lost both my grandmas both grandpas my mom back in 2016 my aunt just 3 months ago and November 22nd just lost my dad. I’ve accepted the fact I’m built to go thru the worste and take whatever life throws at me. At the end of the day you can’t give up you can only take that pain and push forward 💯
