I love the detail of the star at the end going to Emporio, the whole point of the ending is that after the second universe reset the main cast is granted a better life because Pucci doesn't exist. Jolyne is renamed Irene because she no longer carries the Joestar moniker, she's free from endless struggles and battles against evil, all of them are, except Emporio. He was the one to finish the fight so he has to live with the consequences, being the only one who remembers. He carries that burden, and that's why he's the star's destination.

the use of Roundabout here serves to close out the story of the original Joestar family excellently. I had read Stone Ocean a while ago, but only now with this ed serving as a recap do I finally feel the closure on the original story.

Nostalgia. Ima prolly miss the original characters it’s been a journey. But now it’s time for part 7 and 8. Ngl I can’t wait till Funny Valentine gets animated.

I cried, you cried, everyone cried.

Today I finished jojo's bizzarre adventure. I don't even remember the last time I cried watching an anime or anything else. But after I saw this ending... The tree, Joseph and Caesar, the crusaders, Morioh, Bucciarati's group, Jolyne and the others... A tear dropped.

You know I was kind of expecting What a Wonderful World ( to fit the whole bittersweet ending and everything) but roundabout those feel like a nice bookend the first ending song being so the last ( at least in this universe)

Just finished Stone Ocean, had a huge smile as this was playing. It may have been hampered by Netflix’s release schedule, but Stone Ocean was a great ride by the end!
