    La musica è un linguaggio che unisce, aggrega, calma il cuore e la mente. Da anni si studiano gli effetti del suono sull'essere umano. So che la musica è dopping. Ho iniziato a fare le playlist perche mi annoiava fare le pulizie di casa, ma con cuffia e cell in marsupio ho le mani libere e posso volare! " BASTA UN POCO DI ZUCCHERO E LA PILLOLA VA GIÙ" DICEVA LA GOVERNANTE MARY POPPINS. DICIAO CHE CON LA GIUSTA MOTIVAZIONE SI PUÒ FAR MEGLIO QUALSIASI COSA. MA GLI EFFETTI DELLA MUSICA NON FINISCONO ...❤😊

    E' necessario fare colazione. Al mattino per avere le energie giuste non basta ls musica, ma una sana colazione può far iniziare bene la giornata. La cuffia che indosso per ascoltare deve essere sempre di alta fedeltà. Si perchè se no i suoni non sono riprodotti bene e mi innervosisco. Devo decidermi però a passare zd una cuffia senza fili. I fili a volte si " arravogliano"( traduzione dal napoletano: si imbrogliano). Però deve essere leggera perche ho l2 ernie cervicali. Felice giornata.
