I knew people like this! Worked in a large warehouse. People slacking off, taking “smoke breaks” people hiding in the bathroom on their phone. It was bad. Guess who was doing that btw? My managers 😂 fun

Those types of managers need to resign or step down, cuz how you gone ask someone to do something you're supposed to be trained to do or at least more equipped to handle.

I was a lazy a** coworker once. I look back on it with shame, disappointing your colleagues is not cool and I know it. The sad thing is, I actually liked my job at the beginning and put in a lot of work, but my responsibilities changed to stuff I found boring and frustrating, and I just stopped caring.
