the problem is knowing your theory make you want to discuss pitch from a strictly numerical perspective calling modes by their root scaledegree, yet everyone always names the letter name of notes and chords witch is completely meaningless and forces you to transpose every motif and progression... it frustrates me to no end, cause i couldn't care less if its an Achord, it only works if you can tell me if its a 1,2,3, chord ect. if i know its the III chord for example i know every place i can play and not fuk up.... yet there is no channel for ppl with brains like mine.
