You should rebuild St Mirren from Scotland. Owners put little to no money into the club so they are relying on loans and free transfers and they just lost to bottom of the league.

I also just did Schalke rebuilt in 23. I always get Holgate in my all team builds because am a big fan of him also such a shame what's happening to the club who deserves massive respect around the globe. They are just in shadows of Bayern,BVB and even now Leverkusen. I just hope they wont get relegated because I also read if they get relegated they will be droped to leauge 4 which is basiclly amateur club since DFB wont give them licence to play in BL3 sad fr.
