I saw a very confronting sight today. Even though I've seen homeless people many times, I saw a foreign, homeless guy today who was my age and even kinda looked like me. The thing is, with my difficult past: I could've been him. This prompted me to try and help him, but there is not much one can do in such a situation.

However, what I can do though is spread the message online that you have to be very careful with how you live your life so that you don't need to end up in such despair. Please take signs of addiction very seriously, because life can totally get out of hand if you let it lead you astray. I can tell from experience how important it is that you start fixing your shit ASAP and stop wasting your time, like I wasted my 20s.
