    Hell yah! you experimenting with different cooks is why this is one of my favorite channels! also Congrats to the dodgers! I am an A's fan myself...and although i have plenty of reason to hate on the dodgers(thanks to the last time the dodgers won the world series) I can't help but support, especially since I am living in LA now, haha. PS, serrano > jalapeños! serranos are guaranteed to always be at the spice level that I want....jalapeños are so random.
  • Pro-tip #1 turn two of your burners off so you have a cool side of the grill. By having a cool side, you won't cook the veg too fast. Also, you won't burn the bacon when it's cooking too fast.
