16:15 “i don’t believe he’s dead because there are a handful of episodes left and i think he’s still part of the action” that was exactly my reaction. i was in denial for so long.

I’m thoroughly disappointed everyone misunderstands the point of L washing Light’s feet being symbolic of Jesus washing the feet of his disciples, one of whom would eventually kill him. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a single reactor ever make that connection
  • @ayushsaxena6271
The fact that Rem died means he lengthened Misa's life, thus implying L would have executed her if he had been alive. It took 2 gods of death, 3 notebooks, 3 owners, and supernatural powers to defeat ONE L. L was a genius whose skills surpassed everybody else's!!!

The coldest episode I've ever watched. The first time I've watched it was cofusion then I realized L is gonna die. I was crying the whole time. Very good episode.
  • @LasayRedJr
13:16 i think this washing of the feet is a reference to Jesus cleaning Juda's feet when he knows he's gonna betray him.
  • Light killed both the greatest detective in the world and a Death God in one fell swoop.
  • @9adda
I just noticed that two shinigamis died saving missa’s life then she end up suiciding That’s poetry 😂
  • Did dude in the blue watch from the beginning? He's confused about soooo many things that have already been explained. Lol like bloody Hell. I'm convinced its because he spent so much time asking questions non stop; instead of just watching and paying attention, that he missed the exact answers he's looking for.😂 lol I just know he's one of those people YOU DONT watch anything with.
  • Legendary episode! Onwards the show is not as good for sure, but it's still a quality ride with a different tone to it which is enjoyable at times. Plus the ending is great imo. It's just that no character can top L.
  • @tommyshelby7832
Imagine if L was just acting and saws Light smiling on him .lol
  • @KitKatNisa
Just to be clear, L is basically 100% certain at this point that Light was Kira, and has regained that 'status'. Light without his memories of the Death Note was MUCH different than the fake persona Light put on before giving up ownership, and now he's gone back to, more or less, how he acted around L prior to being locked up. More importantly, Light has 'proven' he can't be Kira using the fake rules, which means there's no argument L can make against him, and therefore no reason Light can't safely kill L. That's why L was so desperate to test the notebook. If he can prove the 13 day rule is fake, it destroys Light's defense, and at the very least, makes him a suspect again. L needed to make that happen before Light was able to kill him. Also, the people saying "Just kill Light AND L" don't get Rem at all. Rem wants Misa to be HAPPY, not just alive. Light dying, whether by Rem's hand or otherwise, would break Misa. She CAN'T kill Light, because she cares for Misa too much.

for light fans this is where the show ends. for L fans the show continues i'm an L fan and i'm excited to see near.
  • @zix_7737
Light's masterplan worked perfectly, crazy sh*t. But you gotta admit that L was also very close to finish Light off, as he said "If we work this out, the entire case will be solved". A fu*king God was necessary in order to defeat L, my boy L was undefeatable. 2:50 this scene is also soooo damn good. 3:50 ey not gonna lie, but Misa can also work as a singer, she did it pretty well. 6:11 it is also sad hearing L's soundtrack for the last time, while he is alive. 12:30 let the fanfiction begin, xD 16:03 how everyone screamed hahaha, but to be fair it was unexpected And this is the finale of Death Note, its ending. The rest of the episodes are fanmade in my book. Because ultimately, it was a battle between L and Light from the beginning, therefore FU*K Near and Mello, they are just created by the fans, who want to take L's place and my boy Light gets nerfed af. And I am saying this as an L and Light fan.
  • @Binqkkk
    Light gave L an actual L 💀🙏
  • It's like L knew the end was near, either him or light were going to die, it's truly sad if you think about it. L was a genius and never had anyone who could understand him or connect with him, he finally found someone with similar level of intelligence and that the only person L genuinely wants to be friends with turns out to be the one to kill him. L knew either he or light were going to be dead soon. He knew light was kira, there was just that one rule which was in the way and if it turned out that the rule was false there is no way light would escape. L was so close to solving the whole case. I genuinely felt bad for days when i first saw this. His death hit me hard
  • Imagine this is the last episode. A lot of L fans would be super pissed
  • has bro in the blue even been watching the show? Ren loves missa and wants to protect her; they brought it up and talked about it so much before that.
  • @chi9343
In the theatrical version, there is a second ending. L writes down the date of his death in the notebook in advance, and then the second person writes him in the notebook and it will not take effect. L uses this trick to fake death, secretly investigate and find the true culprit. Who.
