The young pianist seems incredibly insecure and hard on himself. Constantly asking "how did I do? How was it?" He has no idea how wonderful he is 😞
  • “You don’t have to be handicapped to be different, everybody’s different.” OK but why did i cry when he said that

God told me to paint too, but when he saw the result he told me to quit.

I want to watch a "where are they now" follow up of these guys
  • The way that first young lady paints eyes is breathtaking. Talk about windows to the soul! I watched a longer documentary on her and she is amazing.
  • That unemployed accountant needs to get his broke arse down the local casino.

when the boy said, "I know it flopped." My heart shattered. They're pushing him way too hard, having way too many high expectations while he's just a little boy. Forcing this hobby down his throat from a very young age, planning it before he was even born is not normal. He is his own person, if you're interested in something, never force it on your children. So not supportive, and I consider this mental and emotional abuse. Not healthy nor okay, this boy will grow up lowkey disliking them.

I am crying cuz of how stressed that lil boy got at that jazz show. That made me feel so bad for him. He wants to strive for perfection. I adore him. And the little painter girl.... wow. Very impressed

The memory guy should just have kept quiet and hit the Blackjack tables..

What's especially weird with Kim Peek is he doesn't hesitate at all. It's like the answers are always on the tip of his tongue.

My Dad was an incredible pianist. Had played for some notable singers and even had his own radio show. While he didn’t have Savant Syndrome or Autism he was an accomplished player at an early age. People always used to say he was "born with that talent". His opinion on the matter was that he was "born with the desire to learn the piano, not the ability to play it". I do miss hearing him play. ❤️😷🤘

The piano boy says "Don't film me! Don't film me!" as the tears are coming. What does the cameraman? Continue filming. And in this video they didn't even cut that scene. Disgusting.
  • Being gifted is one thing. Having a work ethic to develop that gift is another. Akiane is self-motivated. Truly amazing.
