The GHSA 7A State Championship finally took place last night in the moment everyone has been waiting for. Sharife Cooper set the tone in this game as him and McEachern faced off against the defending state champions, the Meadowcreek Mustangs. Cooper finished with 20 points and led the way for the Indians, the supporting cast of Isaac Okoro, Alyn Breed, and Jared Jones also stepped up for McEachern at key stretches towards the end of the game. McEachern will be heading to the Geico Nationals after a perfect 32-0 season.
