This color will be the base on which you'll apply the Pearlescent. Next, go to Metallic, but you don't need to do anything there. After that, change something random on your car. I usually change the license plate. Then, immediately go back to respray and Pearlescent. Now, you can choose any Pearlescent you want. For the most unique color. If you choose chrome and follow the same steps, then select Crew color, your car will look like this. And the Crew color can be chosen in a wide variety of colors. If you're part of a crew, ask the leader if they can change it to a different color each time to create more variations.

You can just go first pick Metals/Matte/Crew Color and go to Metallic to scroll but not pick anything then you go back to pearlescent. No need to change your plate or anything but it depends on you. I stumble with this by mistake and have done it to all of my cars since then. Thank you for bringing up this glitch to other players.
