I threw shot in the same event with Crouser back in high school -Oregon city, OR. Even then people would talk about him for weeks afterwards because he was in a league far away on his own. So glad to see his success.

Met Ryan Crouser at the pre classic in 2021. Was one of the nicest dudes I have met. He took photos with literally anyone who asked and seemed happy to be doing it. He's a great guy and deserves all the success.

That shot weighs 16 pounds! Sixteen pounds! It's incredible that these athletes are able to throw it as far as they're able.

I would have been so happy for Kovacs if he could have grabbed the gold at least once in his amazing career, but nobody beats Crouser in the olympics. So happy I got to watch these two legends
