Everyone has a gender identity—a feeling or sense of being male, female or somewhere in between. Sometimes people’s gender identity matches their bodies, and sometimes it does not. When you share your gender identity with the world through clothing, makeup, how you talk, act and more, this is called “gender expression.” A person’s gender identity and gender expression can be different.

Trying to wrap my mind around this. "Gender" is how I "feel" about myself? Is this something concrete like, "I love my eyes" or "I hate my hair" or more abstract like "I feel sad today" or "I wish I were taller"? Can you give some examples of these feelings that denote "gender"?
  • Wow Am I alone here??? Is anyone here?? I don't see any comments 😭 Edit: good to see you all ☺️♥️

Born with a hoorn hoorn or a Michael Jackson sound xD omg
  • I was assigned male at birth but after a while of thinking about it while growing up and once I reached adulthood, I decided I wasn’t happy to live as a man so I decided to come out non binary and to be bi gender so I could see who I truly am in some slightly different ways than I used to do it back then. I nowadays would rather identify more femininely these days but I use they/them as pronouns oftentimes.
  • Did anyone let Mother Nature know about these gender identities maybe she can make some adjustments.
