Trading Jimmy is when they gave up
-
As a basketball fan, it sucks we never got to see the DeBallZach experiment in full force. Especially with Caruso, they had a lot of potential for at least a solid playoff run.
-
D Rose abused his body, and the worst part is that nobody in the franchise cared enough to protect him.
-
As a bulls fan im going through the five stages of grief every game
-
Somewhere, there’s an alternate universe where a statue of Derrick Rose is built next to the statue of MJ due to D-Rose being the one who bough the Bulls back to being the legendary championship organization that they used to be in the 90s.
-
rose was supposed to save Chicago its like the bulls made a deal with the devil for the jordan chips
-
As long as the Reinsdorfs own the Bulls they are happy enough being a very profitable franchise and will not care about winning
-
Nah posting this on the day of the first Bulls game of the season is out of pocket 🤣🤣
-
Being a Bulls fan is depressing. At the same time I don’t think I could ever choose another franchise to root for. I have decades of history with this franchise.
-
The fall off was so hard, it’s insane
-
Man this video is so sad. You cant hate D Rose man, so sad never seeing him Ball out Long term😢
-
as a bulls fan, we had to trade jimmy. we were not winning with him and we did not have the pieces to win around him. he’s always been amazing but with how incompotent our franchise is we were making him worse.

As someone who is living in Chicago and watches them from time to time WE SUCK

Before I watch Im gonna add my theory to this discussion. I grew up outside of Chicago and through my Uncle I started watching the NBA in the 84-85 season, the year before MJ showed up. My Uncle was stoked when the Bulls drafted MJ and couldnt stop telling me about it. I was going on 9 years old and had never seen him play but I took his word for it and to say he was right would be THE understatement. I followed the NBA like a fiend until the 1999 season for what should be obvious reasons. I say all of this to say the Bulls ever since then have been cursed. NEVER again shall they have sustained success. You run MJ, Scottie, Dennis, AND Phil out of Chicago for the sake of one individuals ego over the organization and you are forever cursed! I couldnt stand watching those Lakers teams that won 3 in a row because they just literally drank the Bulls formula with that same Bulls coaching staff and even a few of the same players. So in short Jerry Krause and Jerry Reinsdorf forever cursed this franchise. D-Rose paid the price too for this same curse. Thibs career too. Even now with Lonzo. It all goes back to Krause and Reinsdorf.

As both a Bulls and White Sox fan, it hurts to watch both of the teams owned by Reinsdorf suck year after year with a slight glimmer of playoff contention once in a while.
-
I'm not even bulls fan and this hurts 😭 (thanks Dylan great vid 😘)

One of the saddest things about the Bulls in the 2000s is we've been consistently one of the best drafting teams. Look at our past picks and how many of them ended up being stars/good role players... just unfortunately not for the bulls usually. We just cant progress anyone

As a Chicagoan and general sports fan: sports suck, man. We catch no breaks out here. Especially in basketball.
-
The Championship Bulls of the 1990s. The Baby Bulls of 2004, the (pre-ACL) Derrick Rose era (2009-2012) and the brief Nate Robinson era (2012 I think) were moments where I was at my most happiest. The Reinsdorfs need to sell the team.

CRazy how the Bulls had the second coming in Jordan in Butler and were too blind to see his work ethic and his winner's mentality
