N-acetylcysteine (NAC) has various potential benefits and applications. It can be used to treat acetaminophen overdose and improve liver function. NAC has shown benefits in respiratory conditions like cold, flu, bronchitis, and asthma. It can also help with insulin sensitivity and PCOS, a form of diabetes in the ovaries. NAC has been used to offset complications during delivery in women with bacterial vaginosis and a history of preterm births. It may have a positive impact on male fertility. NAC has been studied for its potential in reducing substance cravings and alleviating depressive symptoms and withdrawal syndrome in addiction treatment. It has also shown promise in protecting against liver cancer, improving exercise performance, and treating acne.

The fact that FDA tried to outlaw NAC supplementation, and revert it back to a prescribed "drug" during COVID is ALL the information I need to know that NAC is efficacious.

I have been taking vitamins pretty much my whole life. I started walking 3 miles around a park in 2014 - I was in my 50's. I started with bovine gelatin in my coffee aspen naturals grass fed beef gelatin powder) Any beef gelatin will work. That made a big difference. I started drinking a big shot of cold pressed olive oil nightly. That took away any remaining joint pain. Like the Tin man getting oiled. Not until I heard about NAC and Acetyl L Cysteine did my muscles start building. I noticed I no longer had to push the last 1/4 stretch - at almost 66 I feel like I am back in my 30's. I also started Methylene Blue. It feeds mitochondria. Also I was diagnosed with diverticulosis - could not eat nuts or popcorn. It took a couple years of taking the gelatin along with NAC that healed it completely. I can eat popcorn again. Yeah

Never “talk to your Doctor” about anything outside normal protocol. That’s a good way to waste your time.

NAC is a miracle supplement for my back pain. I was suffering lower back pain for over a decade. I started taking NAC during the pandemic. My back got 50% better 2 or 3 hours after I took one 500mg NAC. Next day I took another 500mg and a couple hours later it got about 80% better. That was a life changing surprise. I thought I would have to live with back pain for the rest of my life. It was probably the anti inflammatory effects of NAC that did it. I just started doing some red light therapy on my back and I now feel 90%. Most times my back feels 100%. I hope this might help someone that is suffering from back pains. I was taking one 500mg twice per day. Now I am just taking one 600mg once per day. Life is good.

I LUV NAC! Been taking it for many years along with a concoction of other vitamins and minerals but when I take NAC I feel like a super hero lol, it gives so much mental clarity, elevates your mood, clears away brain fog, it's awesome!

I have suffered from severe allergies for 12 years going from doctor to doctor. Test results indicated it was not food allergies but dust, insects etc. The medication was so strong put me into zombie mode. Some people or doctors thinks just the allergies but severe allergies and medication can have huge negatives effect from study to work. Nothing worked to diminish my allergies except for couple of hours ease the symptom's. At the end I have become my own doctor tried Vitamin C, Vitamin E...didn't work. One day I had a flash back; it had started 2.year at university , my partner being a millionaire's son wanting dine in at Micheline star restaurants 4 times a day (royals eating with silver spoons) I decided to prepare meals from scratch using natural ingredients. And also taking NAC not for allergies but for general wellbeing. At the same time found out Quercetin helps with allergies. I have also started taking vitamin D with K7. I don't know what eliminated my allergies but even do not get hayfever which I did all my life. Now, I look at people sneezing telling me it is Hayfever, I am thinking ''yes, I have been there" I didn't know NAC's function on allergies until this video. Touch wood, I haven't had any type of allergies for 2 years and still never touch any restaurant food or prepared supermarket food, and taking NAC, Quercetin, vitamin D with K7.

Doc, thank you so much for identifying the research and showing us where to go find the studies. It's so important for credible professionals to do this in videos, bc my family members are so biased they have to see it for themselves to believe it, even though I've been working in this field for 20yrs. Thanks and keep up the good work. 😊

Excellent presentation and information! As an alternative health care provider, I already recommended this to many people but was not aware of many of these additional uses and benefits! I will be recommending this even more often now!

I haven't heard of you before today... YouTube is huge and you always learn about new people. 🤷 But you are saying so many of the things that I've been learning lately! Things that only I feel like a few doctors are talking about with a loud voice! I can't wait to binge more of your videos! ❤🤗
