So everyone is saying they will make it but then there is no response, so I made it. First be ready to stir stir stir, while that cornstarch cook it takes constant kneading it with firm spatula. So you have to put some elbow grease in these. I ended with sore arm. Then the mass has to be rolled in to balls while it is hot. Get ready for some palm burns. If you do it later it will all crumble. And finally the taste. It tastes good. I would advise to put at least 20g of sugar. They are chewy and cling to your mouth at first so for me that part was unpleasant, but then it dissolves and the taste is pleasant. Nothing spectacular practically vanilla pudding.

That 5 minutes recipe looks like a 60 minutes job.

Ok, the recipe looks fantastic, but I’ve just got to commend you on the way you presented it. The shots, subtle use of zoom and slow panning, and the choice of music combined to create a very relaxing and appealing experience. Thanks for taking the time to go beyond the utilitarian into the artistic.

Everything you need: 100 gr cornstarch 30 gr sugar 1 pinch of salt 200 ml milk 2 ml Vanille extract 20 g unsalted butter. And just for an extra at the end cacao powder.
  • In the Philippines, if to be sold commercially, they use cornstarch but if to be sold in famous pastry shops, they use powdered milk. We call it pastillas. If powdered milk, it's not cooked. Just mix the ingredients then form into desired shapes.

Sweet milk balls is now my preferred phrase for when I'm surprised by something. Sweet milk balls!

We have a similar recipe here in Brazil, but we normally use powdered milk instead of cornstarch
