The Japanese sections are a Buddhist chant known as The Mantra of Light. Pretty cool, it fits into the samurai motif she has going on

One thing that people do complain about, is that it's not that hard to finish the match before the intro part ends.

Basically the mantra you hear is about removing all the impurities you receive from your senses and achieving a state of spiritual purification, which is the theme of the song with cutting away vexations, letting go of revenge, and feeling out of place in the current world.

What's ironic is that damage is so high in this game, so it's very likely that the match will end before you get to the meat of the song, unfortunately. It's a great song, but the intro is way too long for this type of game.

Too bad these fan-made videos with lyrics didn't fixed the mistakes, since some time after that the official soundtrack was released and there were official lyrics. It doesn't change all, but makes it less confusing.

I know I'm 10 months late but I want to add that the intro is long because this track specifically is reactive, the main part of the song starts as soon as the second round starts rather than just playing the song through the whole match, and the bridge between the intro and first main part is short as it plays as the stage resets. Not the only reason it's my fav track but one of them fs
