Barbara's criticism wasn't out of jealousy. She wanted the best for the bride. And she was willing to put her money where her mouth was. Huge difference. I'll take honesty over phony any day.

That gown didn't need a statement necklace but rather statement earrings! Or a bedazzled haircomb on one side. She looked gorgeous, stunning!!! It was made for her. ❤

Barbra is absolutely amazing with her comments. She’s not being rude. She’s being honest, and she’s being very kind about it. She’s not being blunt. She’s giving her opinion. It’s television. They’re always trying to edit somebody in the bride’s entourage to the “bad guy edit.” Since Barbra is the celebrity, they chose her.

I did not like how Barbara kept commenting on the bride's figure-- it got to a point that felt really uncomfortable and objectifying.

Why do some older women think they can get away with being rude and vulgar? The bride is beautiful, but Barbra had to look for a flaw point it out to everyone, then pretend it was a joke and that she didn't mean to hurt anyone's feelings. But she's right about the necklace; it's way too much for that gorgeous dress.

After seeing her wedding dress...I agree that the first one was a better pick. They lace one just seemed so similar style wise to her wedding dress.

As a dude, it was sort of uncomfortable that Barbara jokingly body shamed her and gave unnecessary criticism that was meant to be “funny,” but it really wasn’t.
