To avoid this take a notebook by your side and make rough notes of whatever you are reading. 4.Set daily targets. 5. Don't do multitasking.     5:40 sir I have ADHD and I can give a tip for the ones who easily get distracted. Put your headphones on and play the 'white noise' and lower the volume. Bohot helpful hota hai.

  • How to do smart study📖? Rules 1:- Create an environment in which u feel more comfortable, Avoided the things which Make you uncomfortable and grab your focus towards own self. 2:- golden hour= whenever u wake up the next 1 hour will be your golden hour so don't miss that make that purposeful the next all hours will be good. 3:- be your own tracher= ask questions from own self after studying and answer by own self if u can't so it means u have missed something. 4:- procrastination:- Stop thinking about other things which distract you from studies and be active. 5:- Active engagement= writing the main points on the note book while studying it will make u more active. 6:- revision method= make questions for own self and then answer all the questions on the notebook rather than orally pronouncing. 7:- fix your short term goals or targets that will reach u to meet the long term goals, fight with own self and win from own self. 8:- Avoid multitasking cos it is impossible to do more on one time, focus on one thing. Avoid spending more time one fb, insta etc. 9:- avoide friends, and all other things what ever during your study time, in short never compromise on your studies cos u know it is the most important than all. 10:- fix at least 6 hours out of 24 hours for ur study 📖 And follow for 21 days than It will become your habit to study 6 hours everyday.😊 11:- don't let your self to sleep or do any other things until u don't complete your day target. Promise your self that u will start from today not tomorrow. Thank you 😊 💓
