A very different and effective meditation - Humming Meditation along with deep and natural shamanic drums. When you hum, the muscles in the face, neck, head and shoulders relax. Activates the parasympathetic nervous system and triggers relaxation response in the body. Helps reduce unproductive thinking and negativity. Reduces fear and worry.

I’m 21 years old, all my life I grew up with sever Social Anxiety and living in the fear of being judged and not feeling “accepted”. it was so bad that I was scared to make friends, didn’t wanna try out new hobbies, or even talk to my family. I had some trauma growing up at home and I felt I had no safe zone. I started meditating and letting the energy and the universe guide me and show me nothing but pure clarity. I have nothing but pure greatfulness and an open heart for the universe and those who also chose to let the universe guide them as well. We are all winners in our true form. I shall continue praying and continue practicing on my social and people skills to hopefully be that person one day who helps out and heals another person, because they are in need of guidance and purity. I’ve never had that kind of experience til recently. I absolutely love it. I hope anyone who read this is blessed with nothing but pure happiness and pure joy, and get the honest truth and highest compassion. Go have yourself an amazing day brothers and sisters 🙏🏻❤️

I meditate daily for 30 min or more. I had early onset Dementia and I fight it in every way and I am winning!
  • I’m a music teacher. I teach my students basic meditation and stress release through mindfulness. This is one of my favorite go-to’s as music for them to “let go” and be in the moment. I also teach world drumming and this is a wonderful tool for improvisation and meditation with the students.
  • I've just started a course on shamanism. I'm in love with my new drum (my dogs are not). Wish all of you and everyone peace, love, light and sweet dreams. 🙏🏻

Right on...This is stellar!! I'm a former Marine, and I sometimes struggle with PTSD. But I can use this to turn on, tune in, drop out, and travel to a far away place. All without having to physically leave the house. And for this, I'm damn sure grateful.

I've been using this soundtrack for three years now and I have not found anything better to meditate with. Whoever create this soundtrack is a genius! Thank you!

Take a bath with a waterproof speaker floating in the water with this playing. Feeling the vibrations along with hearing the sound is pure bliss.
  • Brother, sister, whoever uploaded this, thank you from the bottom of my heart. I'm in ecstasy and all these energies are swirling inside me. May you be truly blessed.
  • Woke from a dream at 4am realizing my innermost thoughts about my abusive ex husband. So disturbed. Went for a drive. Halfway up Haleakala, a volcano on Maui, had to pull over and just sit and enjoy. Time was just gone. Next thing I knew it was dawn. Wish I could share the picture of the landscape. I feel reborn. Blessings to all of you. 😊🐋🤙🏼🌺🌈

The key in letting go is practice. Each time we let go, we disentangle ourselves from our expectations and begin to experience things as they are.

  • I fell asleep last night while watching a different video on youtube on my Fire Stick. I woke up later, and this video was playing; like it had came on after the other video. I was entranced with this video, and I wanted to save it so that I could listen in the future. I hit the back button on my Fire Stick, and it loaded the previous search results that I had entered for the other video I was initially watching. Then, I could no longer find this video. This set me on a quest which lasted probably over two hours to find this video again. The only reference that I had to it, was the image in the video which I remembered. I searched every type of meditative and lucid dream music, and never could find it. Then I started picking out channels of everyone that had any type of meditative music, and one by one began scrolling through every video of every channel. That is how I finally found this video again. This is great focus music, and worth the effort that it took to find it again.

Stroke survivor here trying to find peace and comfort where I can. Much love and respect to all the suffering souls!!!!!
  • We have a tumulus (burial mound) in the middle of a forest near where I live. I have sat out all night on this many times over the years (I also have video of our horses picking a path around it, which was awesome) all night during full moons. I found this “by chance” and recorded it to take with me on the last full moon (July 13th). As I don’t allow myself ANY modern electronics on the mound whilst I am doing ‘Útiseta”, I played it over a bluetooth speaker that I had positioned. It sounded way better that I expected (good acoustics?) and gave me the most surreal experience I have EVER had there. I combined this with interspersed use of a bull roarer and, at 63 years old, had a phenomenal experience.

Just did the Wim Hof breathing as I listened to this song. I got sooooo deep in my brain! Incredible experience!
